Anthony Le

Welcome! I am a 4th Year PhD student in the Accounting Division at Columbia Business School. My primary research interests lie in the intersection of accounting and labor economics. I am also interested in topics related to ESG and the effects of disclosure and audit mandates on a broad group of non-capital-market stakeholders.

My current research addresses topics such as firms' human capital disclosures, labor unions' financial reporting mandates, and the impact of accounting regulation and standard setting on the accountant labor market.

Prior to joining Columbia Business School, I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Toronto. Having grown up near the Canadian Rockies, I enjoy hiking in my free time. I am also an avid film enthusiast.
